Affectionately known by one and all as "Farmer", John is another member of “Hanging Johnny” - the excellent shanty crew.

He is well respected for his poignant delivery of the sadder songs of the sea; but he delivers all of his pieces with deep and genuine feeling for the range of emotions that underly them.
