Master Hotelier, songwriter, creator of the finest cheesecakes... Rick is a damn fine chap!

His real strength is his joy in songwriting... whether it be serious pieces or wonderfully daft creations that have us all laughing far too much. He even seems to have created an unofficial FOTM Anthem with his notorious Washing Up song! ( link below, if you dare! )
